The Rhythm Practice

$1,600 per month

For leaders who want consistent space to think, reflect, and stay aligned as their responsibilities grow.

This is a coaching partnership designed to help you move with clarity and intention through moments of transition, expansion, and increased visibility.

What’s included:

  • Two 60-minute coaching sessions per month
  • Ongoing voice or text access between sessions
  • Monthly Root, Rhythm, Reach reflection prompts
  • Quarterly 90-minute reset session

$3,200 per month

This is a high-touch, advisory-level partnership designed for real-time leadership.

  • Three to four coaching sessions per month (flexible)
  • Priority scheduling
  • Ongoing access for in-the-moment support (text, voice, brief calls)
  • Strategic thought partnership across decisions, team dynamics, and leadership presence
