ASquared Coaching was founded on a simple belief: leadership becomes sustainable when it reflects who you are, not just what you do.
My work sits at the intersection of leadership, perspective, and intentional change, where insight becomes something you can live. Over the course of my career, I’ve led teams, navigated complexity, and carried responsibility at scale. I’ve seen firsthand how capable, well-intentioned leaders can succeed externally while quietly losing alignment internally.
What I’ve learned through experience and practice is that most leadership challenges are not rooted in lack of skill or ambition. They are rooted in unexamined assumptions, inherited expectations, and habitual ways of responding to pressure that no longer serve who we are becoming.
ASquared Coaching exists to help people slow down just enough to see clearly, choose consciously, and lead in a way that feels grounded, aligned, and sustainable.

Meet Antoine
As Founder and Principal of ASquared Coaching, Antoine’s understanding of leadership didn’t begin in a boardroom, or corporate meeting room. It began in Newark, New Jersey where he learned early that presence mattered, and that how you carry yourself often speaks before you do.
Music was always part of that education. It taught him to listen beneath the surface. To understand rhythm, timing, and authenticity and how each shapes what people feel, not just what they hear. Those lessons stayed with him.
Long before coaching was a profession, people sought him out for conversation. Sometimes it was about a decision. Sometimes uncertainty. Often, it was something harder to name a quiet sense that they were being asked to grow, and wanting to do so without losing themselves in the process.
Antoine understood those moments because he had lived them.
Over more than two decades, he led across corporate and nonprofit organizations, including leadership roles at Nike and Gap Inc., serving as Chief Diversity & Social Impact Officer at SurveyMonkey, and contributing to the mission of Year Up. Each chapter deepened his understanding that leadership is not sustained by performance alone. It is sustained by alignment between who you are and how you lead.
ASquared Coaching is a continuation of that understanding.
Today, Antoine works with leaders navigating growth, transition, and expanded responsibility, helping them lead from a place that is grounded, intentional, and fully their own.
He believes leadership is not about becoming someone else. It’s about becoming more fully yourself.
